Padre Island Rentals and Saida Towers Condominiums Homeowners Association would like to welcome you and your companions to Saida Towers Condominiums at South Padre Island, TX. We want to ensure the best possible experience for you and for all of our guests, so we ask that you follow the rules listed below as well as use common courtesy during your stay. Please follow posted rules on the property and any in-person instructions given by on-site staff. We genuinely appreciate your help in making Saida Towers a great place to visit. Security
- During busy seasons, guests may be required to pay a resort fee/purchase a wristband. If so, every guest must wear their Saida Towers Condominiums wristband at all times.
- Saida Towers and Padre Island Rentals are not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal property.
- Fire code allows for no more than 4 total guests in 1 bedroom condos; 6 total guests in 2 bedrooms; and 8 in a 3 bedroom. For this reason, guest capacity is strictly enforced. For specific occupancy limits for your rental, please see your rental agreement.
- Visitors to your rental count towards your occupancy limit.
Parking
- One (1) bedroom rentals include 1 parking permit. Two (2) bedroom rentals include 2 parking permits. Three (3) bedroom rentals include 2 parking permits.
- Your parking permit should be visible while entering through the guarded gate, and while parked on the premises.
- Vehicles without parking permits must be parked off-site in public parking areas.
- Only authorized vehicles may use handicap accessible and maintenance/service parking spaces.
- Oversized vehicles may not be parked/cleaned in the lot.
- Padre Island Rentals and Saida Towers are not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal property; please secure your vehicle.
Pool Safety
- Rinse off sand/tar before using the pool.
- There is no lifeguard on duty.
- No diving/horseplay in the pool.
- To prevent injury, please do not smoke or use glass containers in the pool area or any other common areas where guests may be barefoot.
- Please do not relocate or reserve furniture from the pool or common areas.
Amenities
- Please use luggage carts for their intended purpose only, and return carts to the 1st floor immediately after unloading.
Health & Safety
For the health and safety of everyone, please observe these safety notices:
- Do not open both the condo front door and the balcony front door at the same time. The wind tunnel effect can cause damage to door jams and other property.
- Do not use glass containers in common areas.
- Smoking is not permitted in common areas, and butts should be disposed of safely.
- Please do NOT feed the seagulls on the property, balconies, or in pool areas. Bird feces can contaminate the pools and surrounding areas which exposes everyone. You can help keep yourself and other guests healthy, as well as keep maintenance costs down, by NOT feeding wildlife on the property.
- Do not sit or lean against railings.
Grilling
- Charcoal grills are not permitted on balconies.
Pets & Service Animals
- Pets are allowed on Saida Towers property, however – individual condo owners may not allow pets in their home. Please see your rental agreement for pet restrictions.
- Registered service animals are always welcome. Please notify us beforehand to expect your service animal.
Common Comfort
- Please dry your wet clothing and towels indoors.
- Please do not discard cigarette butts or trash from balconies, the wind often blows items from one balcony to another.
- Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM every night.
- Skating, rollerblading, and biking is not permitted in common areas.
- Kegs are not permitted anywhere on Saida Towers property, not even brought through to the beach.
- Smoking is not permitted in condos, hallways, or in common outdoor areas.
- Please do not overstuff the trash chute. Oversized items should be walked to the receptacle. Do not leave trash bags in hallways. Do not litter on the property. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
- We strive to regularly update our photos and listing descriptions; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.
- Padre Island Rentals staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out to Padre Island Rentals so we may promptly address your needs.
Violation of any of the above or on-site posted rules, disruption of the common good, or partaking in any illegal activity on the property is grounds for eviction and/or a police report. Rental fees and damage deposits will not be refunded. Fines for any infractions will be levied.
