Definitions:
We have made every effort to make our property information pages as accurate and easy to understand as possible. The terms that we are most frequently asked to define are the following:
Beachfront = the property is on the beach. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach A beachfront property can be:

Beachfront Full Ocean View = your South Padre Island beach front accommodation is parallel to the beach and you have a full view.
Beachfront Partial Ocean View = Your South Padre Island condominium or beach house rental is directly on the beach but may be angled or may have another building blocking part of your view. Most partial view vacation rentals will have at least a 90 degree view of the beachfront.
Beachfront courtyard view = the vacation rental is beach front with no roads to cross to the beach but the view of your South Padre Island beach home or condominium rental may be in the direction of the tropically landscaped pool area, courtyard, garden, or sometimes in the direction of the Laguna Madre. Each property has a description of its view as well as a picture of the view taken from the vacation rental’s balcony or patio.
